Flour Blend (White Rice, Teff, Millet, Tapioca), Rice Starch, Flaxseed Meal, Konjac Flour, Dried Cane Sugar, Brown Rice Protein, Algal Protein, Sprouted Brown Rice Protein, Leavening (Baking Soda, Cream of Tartar, Monocalcium Phosphate), Inactive Yeast, Salt, Probiotic (Organic Inulin {Blue Agave Plant}, Bacillus coagulans GBI-30 6086).

Pizza Instructions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C.
  2. Combine pizza dough mix, 1 tablespoon oil, and gradually add approximately 1 1/4 cups cold water in a bowl until well blended and dough forms.
  3. Once dough forms, use hands to knead into a smooth ball, about 1-2 minutes. Use more or less water to create a desired dough consistency, if necessary. Split into two balls, one for each crust.
  4. For a thinner crust, roll out ½ of the dough base to approximately 3mm or less with a rolling pin on a floured (such as Enjoy Life All-Purpose Flour Mix) counter and then place on oiled baking sheet. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and using a fork, make indentation holes throughout before baking 8-10 minutes.
  5. For a thicker, chewier crust, roll-out to approximately 6mm. Alternatively, press the dough directly into the pizza pan, brush with a little olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake the crust without any toppings for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and add the desired pizza toppings on crust and bake for a further 10-12 minutes or until cheese (or your favorite dairy alternative) melts. For an even crispier crust, place the crust directly on the oven rack.
