What are the freight charges?

 For Australia wide delivery:

  • Shipping is calculated and charged depending on your location 
  • Over 5kg will be charged at applicable rates depending on your location
  • Express post charged at additional cost

We do not offer International Delivery.

How is my order delivered?

Allergy Friendly Foods use Fastway Couriers who require signature on delivery. If you are unable to sign for your delivery please leave instructions on a suitable place to leave your order in your absence.

If you use a PO Box or live in a rural/remote location not serviced by Fastway your order will be sent via Australia Post.

How long will my order take to get to me?

Estimated delivery time frames:

  • Sydney, ACT, Melbourne, Adelaide, Hobart
    • 1-2 days once processed
  • Brisbane, Gold Coast, Northern NSW
    • 2-5 days once processed
  • Northern Queensland, Perth
    • 4-7 days once processed
  • NT and Regional areas
    • 5-10 days once processed

How long will my order take to be processed?

We aim to process orders within 3 business days of placement. If we are able to foresee a likely delay we will notify you using the contact information supplied. Please note: orders will not be shipped on days of extreme heat.

Can I pick up my order from you?

Unfortunately we do not have a shopfront and are unable to offer order pickups. Our online store is secure and we ship orders Australia wide.
