Nut Free Protein Balls

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp pepitas
  • 2 tbsp Real Good Food Organic Raw Cacao
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 6 Medijool dates, pitted and soaked in boiling water for 10mins
  • Extra coconut for rolling

 

Method:

  1. Add all seeds to a food processor and process until nuts are in small pieces
  2. Add coconut, cacao, drained dates and maple syrup and blend until combined
  3. Wet your hands and roll the mixture into balls of your desired size 
  4. Coat in remaining desiccated coconut
  5. Store in the fridge, or freeze
