A pantry staple, mayonnaise can be used for so much more than just on your sandwich. From salad dressings to dipping sauces, you're sure to find a new way to use mayonnaise. 

 

Tartate Sauce

The perfect sauce for home made fish and chips battered with G&C Crispy Batter Mix.

Tartate Sauce 1 Cup

Mix 1 cup Global Organics Egg Free Mayonnaise, 2 tsp sweet pickle relish, 1 tsp lemon juice in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 

 

Salad Dressing

Perfect for warm or cold salads, this quick and easy dressing is sure to be a family favourite. 

Salad Dressing 1 Cup

Mix 1 cup Global Organics Egg Free Mayonnaise, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp mustard of your choice and 1 tbsp lemon juice in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 

 

Pasta Salad

Simple to prepare, and delicious and diverse as you want them to be. Serve as a side, or add chicken to create a satisfying main dish. 

Pasta Salad 1 Cup

Cook Orgran Buckwheat Pasta Spirals to al dente, drain and rinse in cold water. Place in a bowl with 1 chopped carrot, 1 chopped celery stick, 1 diced capsicum, 1/2 diced onion, and any other vegetables of your choosing. Add 1 cup Global Organics Egg Free Mayonnaise and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 

 

Dipping Sauce

A family favourite, use this sauce for dipping sweet potato fries or chicken wings.

Dipping Sauce 1 Cup

In a bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup Global Organics Egg Free Mayonnaise, 2 tbsp Global Organics Tomato Sauce and 1 tsp apple cider vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
