Allergy Friendly Anzac Biscuits

Anzac Biscuits

Gluten free, wheat free, dairy free, egg free, nut free and soy free.

Pre-heat oven to 150°C

Blend together:


Heat on the cooktop:

  • 125g coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup


To the warm coconut oil and honey mixture add:

  • 1 tsp bi-carb soda mixed
  • 2 tbsp boiling water (mix these together just before adding to saucepan - it should fizz up)


Add the warm coconut oil mixture to the dry ingredients and mix together.

Roll into balls, place on oven tray leaving lots of room for spreading and flatten slightly with your hand.

Place into pre-warmed oven for approx. 12 minutes.

Leave to cool on the tray.
